7 Good reasons not to vote November 7th

I have thought long and hard and have come up with 7 good reasons not to vote November 7th, I know I will not be voting November 7th because one of these reasons applies to me.

Make the Jump

1) You already voted, by early voting where permitted or by absentee ballot
2) You are not a United States Citizen
3) You are not registered to vote (and if you aren't get your ass to your county board and register if it isn't too late)
4) You are not allowed to vote because you were stricken from the records (in which case call your local Democratic Party NOW)
5) You are currently serving in jail.
6) You are under age to vote (that is why I will not be voting come November).
7) You are in a coma.

That's about it, if you don't fall under one of these categories the VOTE.

If you are free any time between now and the Election VOLUNTEER!

If you can send any dough to a candidate DO IT!

If not for you then for the people that can't vote because they fall under one of these categories.

Switching gears a little bit to GOTV

After listening to some political science teachers tonight from Emory University say that the Democrats should by historical estimates expect to pick up 29 House seats and at least 4 Senate seats I realized that we deserve to win. But sometimes because you deserve something doesn't mean that you're going to get it, you have to take it. GOTV Damn it! I know I will be in upstate New York on Election Day, where will YOU be? Will YOU be working on GOTV, or are YOU going to let the Democratic establishment rip defeat from the jaws of victory?
